To Request a Reservation Online

Choose your holiday area, for example ‘India, Binsar’.
Look through and choose from the different holidays in each area, for example ‘Ways and Culture’.
Holiday Page Once you have chosen your holiday, click on the ‘Book now’ button on the holiday page or the holiday itinerary page to take you through to Step 1 of the online reservation process.
Reservation Request in 5 Steps
Step 1 Choose the start month for your holiday. Enter the number of people in your party. Choose the start date for your holiday This is the date of your first included night of your chosen holiday (overnight train from Delhi, night in Addis Ababa etc.). The end date of your included arrangements will show automatically. Continue to Step 2.

Step 2 Offers a number of options to add on to your travel plan – 1st class train up-grade, night in Delhi etc. Choose the options you would like by placing the quantity in the relevant selection box (number of people in party for hotel room, 1 car for tour round city etc). Any additional nights caused by your selection will be automatically added to the start or end of your chosen holiday dates. When you are happy with your choice of additional arrangements continue to Step 3.

Step 3 Shows summary details of your chosen itinerary and attendant prices.
You are asked to enter your name and contact details, as lead booker, together with names of all other members of your party. At the foot of Step3 you enter any notes you would like to make or special requests. Continue to Step 4.

Step 4 Shows your contact details and lists your party. It summarises the outside date of your holiday and list the holiday price and attendant options. At the foot of Step 4 you are asked to agree to the booking conditions and gives you the opportunity to click-through to read them if you have not already done so. You are then asked to confirm your booking.

Step 5 Confirms your reservations request has been forwarded to our reservations office and provides a reference number for you.

A Reservation Request confirmation email is sent to you automatically to confirm your requested details and provides a secure link for you to send your Credit Card details for deposit payment. At this time we ask you to authorise payment of a deposit of 25% of the value of the holiday. We will respond by email within 36 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays) to confirm all details of your holiday, at which time we will then take your deposit payment. The balance is due six weeks before your reserved holiday night.

Holiday Options - India

We have devised each of our holidays to provide a good balance between activity and relaxation. With some there is a bias to excellent walking whilst another may allow more oportunity for cultural exchange.
However we recognise one size does not always fit all. Please feel free to tailor your holiday to your exact requirements, by adding stays in Delhi, upgrading to 1st class on the train, or extending your stay in hills.
